    Aplastic Anemia

    Introduction of anemia :

    And in the case of anemia no aplastic anemia depends bone marrow for the production of blood cells new and this means a lack of oxygen, who arrives in the body and increase the risk of infection, and also the lack of control of bleeding when it occurs.

    And there are several ways for treatment, treatment pharmacological blood transfusion and transplantation of bone marrow.

    The cause of anemia

    The treatment of anaemia

    1. Blood transfusion

When the use of such medicines based activity by discouraging the immune system does not affect bone marrow and start bone marrow cells new blood.
    For instance those medicines anti-cells anti-thymocyte globulin. Thymoglobulin acetate cyclosporine. and be used alongside medicines Corticosteroids.
    3. Bone marrow stimulants:
    There are some medicines lead to stimulate and the revitalization of bone marrow cells to produce new blood.
    4. Bone marrow transplantation:
    To be the replacement of bone marrow to patients great marrow another person unhurt (donor). Is to transplant bone marrow is the only option successful in acute cases (strong) of anemia no aplastic anemia . And the proportion of its success more than 50% of cases where the donor is not of the relatives of the patient. And when contributor of relatives of the patient is getting a chance the success of treatment between each 5 cases of the treatment of 4 cases successfully.


    In finding appropriate contributor will be the work of the necessary tests to him. and have been exhausted bone marrow to patients using X-rays or chemical medicines. And then the taking of bone marrow from the donor in a manner that surgery.
